REUTERS: Toyota Motor Corp, chipmaker Intel Corp and other technological innovation and vehicle companies are forming a consortium to develop an ecosystem for big data utilized in connected vehicles, the Japanese automaker mentioned on Thursday.

Swiss telecom products maker Ericsson, Japanese vehicle elements maker Denso Corp and telecoms organization NTT DoCoMo Inc are also aspect of the group, identified as the Automotive Edge Computing Consortium.
