I was looking some exercises that exclude high impact and cardio.
Getting started is always not easy.
March 2014, I carried my 1st yoga mat bought by my hubby and attended my 1st yoga class.
I hooked immediately in my YIN class Emoji and continued my practice for the next 3 months.
Then, I stopped due my daughter school break, she was 4 years at that time.
There was no match time for popping into the class.
The pause was quite long after that.
I was going through some difficult times in my life.
Over time, I’ve forgotten about my yoga practice.
In August of 2016, I re-started my yoga practice with 2-3 days a week.
Then, in 2017, it increased to 4-5 days each week until now. I’m on my third yoga studio and fourth mat.
Emoji, yoga has become my daily vitamin.
I wish I had begun much earlier, say 24 years old instead of 42 years old.
Yoga has changed my physical posture for sure. It also helps me to control myself more.
Increasing self-love, self-awareness, self-acceptance, and respect for others.
I personally love to encourage everyone to start with their routine practices too. It doesn’t have to be yoga, it could be anything that you love to do.
Get healthy body, you’ll get happy soul.
