3 Easy and Delicious Popsicle Recipes

Summer is upon us, and the weather is heating up! Looking for a cool, sweet treat? These three popsicle recipes are super simple to make and sure to be a hit. Try them out and let us know which one is your favorite by tagging @vasafitness on Instagram!

 

INGREDIENTS

Strawberry Orange Popsicles

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mixed Berry Popsicles

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Mango Coconut Popsicles

  • 1 cup frozen mangoes
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp honey

 

 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into a popsicle mold (or you can use an ice tray and add popsicle sticks into the centers once the mixture is hard but not frozen)
  3. Freeze for 8-10 hours.
  4. Enjoy!
